Several different groups and organizations are responsible for working life livelihood services in the area. The working life services are best coordinated by the Seinäjoki region business service center, whose main task is to comprehensively develop the livelihood of the area:

To support the growth of local companies and actively search for new companies for the area. The amount of work places in the area has grown during last five years by over 10 per cent.
• By maintaining a close cooperation network in the whole of South Ostrobothnia
The employment office will co-operate closely with all the development and entrepreneur organizations in the area. Personnel will participate in different control groups and committees in development organizations.
• By supporting the internationalization of working life and companies
Searching actively for foreign cooperation partners and coordinating business to business contacts. Companies are also helped in export development plans.
• By marketing the city area of Seinäjoki
Participating in different fairs in Finland and abroad. In addition, publishing different kinds of marketing material about the city area with cooperation partners. Supporting plenty of information about companies in the area and about market situation in places of activity.
